Platforms
Getting your operators from point A to B safely is not an undertaking we take lightly. We’ve designed three basic work platforms, and we’ll customize these strong pieces of equipment to fit your facility’s specific needs. Each EnSight work platform meets the safety and quality standards set by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).
Sanitation and Safety Features
Although your work platforms shouldn’t come in direct contact with the food your facility processes, it is still important to keep them clean. One dirty work platform can jeopardize the cleanliness of an entire floor.
On each platform, you’ll find an easy-to-clean glass bead finish and continuous welds. We use high-quality 304 stainless steel to construct all of our machines because we refuse to sacrifice quality. This type of steel can endure vigorous cleaning with certain chemicals and steamy water without forming dents and pits. With proper cleaning, the platforms will remain free of bacteria and other contaminants.
EnSight work platforms are sanitary and safe. Our crossover platforms feature a 304 stainless steel shield to keep debris from falling off and making direct contact with products traveling on your conveyors. This feature doubles as a safety railing to protect your operators from a fall. Each platform has various decking options including diamond tread plate and SlipNOT, so your operators’ feet will have plenty of traction.
Customizable Features
No two facilities are exactly the same, so why should your machines be identical? Take advantage of our team’s expertise, and collaborate with us to design the best machine for your facility. We’ll build your next work platform to a custom size, add ladders, safety gates, handrails, Integrated product lifts, or pallet lifts upon request. We can even tailor our ergonomic platforms to include electric or hydraulic height adjustment.
Find the Right Fit
Although we can customize each work platform, starting with the right frame is important. Make sure you choose the best basic design, but remember you don’t have to make the decision on your own. Our sales specialists will work with you to help you make the best choice for your facility’s goals. For example, do you want to create a facility that is more comfortable for your operators? Investing in an ergonomic stand is a great place to start. If your operators need to reach specific heights to reach machines, our crossovers and operator platforms can help.
