The outstanding Con-Vey Cuber can handle larger, thicker meat portions needing tenderization with its impressive floating top knife assembly and air-assisted hold-down system. It provides a uniform score across all sides of uneven product surfaces and it does so while cutting at a perfectly consistent depth. Due to the volume of product this machine handles, a convenient stainless steel discharge chute, rather than a transfer conveyor, carefully guides the end product into vats or V-Mag carts for further processing.
