Ergonomic
Ergonomic equipment isn’t just important for your employees’ posture — it is also crucial for their safety. For this reason, make sure to load your facility with equipment that is easy and comfortable for your operators to use. Purchase equipment that does the heavy lifting so that your employees don’t have to. We manufacture two main types of ergonomic equipment –– a BackSaver and an Inverter.
Sanitation and Safety Features
Keeping your products sanitary and your operators safe are two of our highest priorities. To manufacture our ergonomic equipment, we use high-quality 304 stainless steel, which is corrosion resistant and can withstand exposure to harsh cleaning solvents and high water pressure. Both our BackSaver and our inverter feature all continuous welds, few moving parts, and a glass bead-blast finish, so they are easy to clean. They also arrange containers in positions that are comfortable to reach, so your employees won’t need to strain their backs or put themselves in a dangerous spot to perform routine cleanings.
Our ergonomic equipment allows your operators complete and safe control thanks to their Allen Bradley components. The BackSaver includes counterbalance valves for another level of safe operation security. If you want to make your inverter even safer for your employees, we can customize the machine with custom safety cages.
Customizable Features
At EnSight, we specialize in custom food processing equipment. And when it comes to our available options for our ergonomic equipment, we certainly deliver. We can tailor the BackSaver to include stainless steel hydraulic cylinders and a stainless steel NEMA 4X enclosure. In addition, we can manufacture this machine to perform at various operating voltages.
We want our ergonomic equipment to enhance your facility’s workflow and production value, and we love creating new machines. So if you have a customization request, just ask.
