Amprod Holdings, LLC, is the parent company to American Products, DustShield and EnSight, each of which is dedicated to providing quality, unique solutions to customers in their respective industries.
American Products builds integrated enclosure solutions for housing and protecting telecommunications and networking equipment. Products range from indoor passive fiber cabinets to outdoor walk-in shelters. All are built in the Strafford, MO, facility.
Similarly, DustShield specializes in designing and crafting industrial enclosures for protecting computers, monitors, printers and more in harsh manufacturing and warehouse environments. Our team builds every DustShield enclosure in a dedicated facility in Strafford as well.
EnSight focuses on designing and developing creative solutions for clients in the food and industrial processing industries. It has product lines for moving, shaping, blending and mixing food, and then other lines for moving, straightening and shaping metal and other industrial materials. It is also an industry leader in helping customers automate their processes and integrate robotics. EnSight has manufacturing facilities in Strafford, Springfield and Kansas City, MO.

We also offer very generous paid time off (PTO). You actually start accruing time off on your first full day! In addition to standard PTO, we offer every full-time employee 16 hours of community action time–our employees use this time to volunteer at various non-profit organizations around the area to give back to our communities. Our employees can use their community time at ANY qualifying organization and at any time throughout the year!
Worried about your experience level? Don’t! We are always happy to provide on-site trade training and certification paths to our team members. We even raise team member’s pay levels as they train in other areas, rewarding them for their additional skillset and knowledge.
Speaking of expanding skillsets and knowledge, we offer a higher education program where we pay more than $5,000 a year in education costs. All of our team members who have used this program have bragged about how much money it saved them and how insanely easy it is to enroll in.
