Service Team
We have a dedicated service team comprising trained professionals who are very knowledgeable regarding EnSight machines. Not only have these individuals been trained in how to service them, they have even helped build them in our shop!
Our service team is available for installations, training (at the customer’s site or virtually), startups and after-market support. If a machine fails, our team can work with the customer remotely to get it fixed, or they provide on-site service at the customer’s location.
Preventative Maintenance Program
Preventative maintenance goes a long way toward helping a machine run smoother longer. The EnSight parts and service team can help with that, too.
We are currently working on offering a comprehensive preventative maintenance program. Through the program, we would be able to pull and ship parts as needed based on the customer’s machine use, sensor feedback and customer insights.
At EnSight, we recommend regular machine rebuilds. We can provide after-market parts packages at scheduled intervals, along with our team’s time, to help customers rebuild their machines as needed.
Startups
Instead of sending a machine to a customer and leaving them to their own devices, our parts and service team can travel with the machine to help ensure it is installed correctly and starts up fine.
