KANSAS CITY, MO – The Likwifier division of EnSight Solutions is taking over the Bematek product family, adding inline mixing and colloid milling solutions to its lineup.
Since its founding in 1987, Bematek has served customers in the food, dairy, beverage, chemical and industrial industries, just to name a few, with top-quality inline blenders and colloid mills. The brand quickly became a staple in any organization that wanted to cut production times while also creating perfectly blended product every time.
Likwifier took a similar path to success. When the brand launched its high-shear blending solutions in 1958, Likwifier quickly became known for helping processors improve their product consistency and line efficiency.
Now, with the inclusion of inline mixing and colloid milling solutions, Likwifier will help processors who need more extreme particulate reduction, allowing them to emulsify, homogenize and dissolve ingredients into the products their customers expect. From cheese slurries to beverages to salad dressings, these machines can do it all. In addition, this helps Likwifier offer even more solution combinations, e.g., blender and inline mixer/pump setups.
Bematek solution owners can continue depending on Likwifier for all their parts and service needs, as well as their future equipment needs. Likwifier can also provide control systems to help control outlet valves, steam valves, pumps, inline mixers and mills. In addition, the team can test product prior to purchasing a machine. Customers can even visit the Kansas City facility to view the test or send their product to the team.
