Need to create marinades and/or sauces? Likwifier high-shear mixing solutions are custom designed to completely blend ingredients into one homogenous product. Likwifier mixers aren’t one-size-fits-all, either. Size, shape, impellers and more are all designed to meet your product’s needs.
Form It
We have formers covered as well! Our BT-008 is the industry standard for commercial meatball production. It can create up to 160,000 portions per hour, and each one has that perfect homestyle bite customers love. For patties, the Model DA patty former is one of a kind. It can turn ground meat into up to 40 4”-diameter patties in 1 minute. That’s up to 2,400 consistently shaped and sized patties in 1 hour.
If you are handling whole protein, e.g., chicken breast or steak, the EnSight Con-Vey Cuber and Pound-o-Matic are ready.
The Cuber provides single-pass tenderization in seconds. Using top- and bottom-mounted blades, it can tenderize up to 15,000 pounds of protein per hour.
On the other hand, the Pound-o-Matic is ideal for caterers, cruise ships and restaurants who want to flatten whole proteins for even cooking and better plate coverage. It uses a self-contained hydraulic drive to effortlessly flatten chicken breasts, beef portions, veal and more.
