EnSight Releases New Faster Deli Log Loading Solution
Strafford, MO – EnSight Solutions has released a new solution aimed at helping deli meat producers increase their throughput with higher operational rates.
The all-new Deli Log Loader automates the process of moving packaged deli meat from further processing to smoking, cooking or palletizing stations.
This solution can autoload smoked, cooked or raw deli logs that are up to 8’ long at rates of 16 logs per minute. When the logs reach the machine via conveyors, it indexes logs and loads them into racks until they’re full. When the system senses empty racks, it restarts the process.
One team member can safely and efficiently run the system alone, allowing processors to reallocate team members to other areas.
The EnSight Solutions Deli Log Loader is available in single- or dual-bay options. The single-bay version has a smaller footprint, making it more ideal for processors with space constraints.
Of course, it’s EnSight-made, which also means the Deli Log Loader is hygienic, washdown capable and loaded with safety features to protect team members without sacrificing quality or efficiency.
