The all-new EnSight Log Loader can help food processors automate the act of moving packaged meat from further processing to the smoking/cooking station or to palletizing.
The machine can autoload smoked/cooked or raw logs up to 8’ long at rates of 16 logs per minute. When the logs reach the machine via conveyors, it will index 6 or 8 logs (depending on your preference) and load them into the racks until the racks are full. When the system senses empty racks, it restarts the process.
One team member can safely and efficiently operate the entire system, allowing you to reallocate team members to other areas.
